How many Access Keys (or members) do I get with my Private Place membership?
Each office in our Private Place membership has different member capacity, ranging from 2-7 team members, therefore each office has a different amount of Access Keys. However, if you would like to add more Access Keys (or members) to your membership, you can do so for an additional price.
Can I have guests come over?
Of course! Nonetheless, there is a distinction between guests and members. If your guest is coming over to work recurrently every month, he or she is no longer considered a guest but a member. Additional members in your membership have a monthly cost.
If I am a single person, why should I choose the Private Place Membership instead of the Dedicated Place Membership?
With the Dedicated Place Membership you have an exclusive desk, while with the Private Place Membership the exclusivity is widened and gives you a complete space just for you.
Also, Places offices are unlike any other you can get in Puerto Rico. They make work an incredibly enjoyable activity because of the interior décor and the extraordinary views of the beautiful island.
Private Place Membership is for professionals who want more productivity, better returns, more privacy and scale in their careers or business. A Private Place may be ideal for you if you want to take on new challenges and grow without limits from now on.
Does the office include monitors, keyboards, mouses and other work equipment?
Your office is a comfortable and productive space with ergonomic chair, desk and file cabinet. Monitors, keyboards, mouses and others are not included. You can bring your gadgets and work equipment to work and collaborate.
Can I personalize my office?
We have designed the offices including all the furniture you need to work very comfortably. But you can customize your workspace to make it even more welcoming, as long as you don't make any structural or aesthetic changes to the office. If you plan to add any small furniture to your office, be sure to ask your concierge first.
How long can I use the Phone Booth?
You may use the Phone Booth for one (1) hour at a time. If you need the phone booth more than one (1) hour per day, you can use this space as long as it is available, but if someone else comes along you must allow them to use the space.
With the Private Place Membership do I have access to the Video Production and Podcast Studios?
The Private Place membership does not include Studio hours. However, you get an incredible 30% discount on Podcast and Video Studio hours.
What is the difference between Business and Enterprise Membership?
With the Enterprise Membership you get more Conference hours, more snack credits and more printing credits. Also, the Enterprise Tier offices include parking, have more capacity and the best views in the workspace, overlooking the ocean.
Can I bring my pet with me with a Private Place Membership?
We're pet friendly, so furry friends are welcome at Places. However, first they must go through an interview and a test day to see if they really feel comfortable among professionals. Likewise, the owners must sign a written commitment which includes:
Be aware of the pet at all times.
The dog must be able to live with the tranquility and silence characteristic of Places. Barking, scratching, whining and howling are not allowed.
Dogs must be on a leash while walking through the space so they don't wander or get into mischief.
If any accident were to happen, the dog owner would have to clean it up.
Do you offer 24/7 access to the WorkPlace?
Yes! All of our memberships, except the Day Pass, offer 24/7 access so you can work at our place at your own pace. However, our staff will be on-site from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00pm and may be off on some holidays.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your membership through this form or by written request at least 30 days before your next monthly payment due date. The written request must be sent to this email email@example.com
When can I start? Should I wait until the 1st of the month?
You can start the same day you pay for your membership. Whenever you’re ready, your Place will be waiting for you.
Do I get access to the Conference Room with Private Place Membership?
Of course! With the Private Place Business tier you get 5 Conference Room hours monthly, with our Private Place Enterprise tier you get 8 Conference Room hours monthly. You also get a 40% discount on additional hours. If you need to meet with your team very often, this is an extraordinary offer for members.
